This is a question plaguing majorly the people who recently started investing, maybe in the last two years? Your emotions are valid, and it’s okay if you’re feeling a little uneasy looking at the numbers everyday.
But here is what I will tell you. Look at these numbers just as numbers; if you have set your goals right and you have enough money to get you through your daily life and no major expenses are coming up, then this money in the market is supposed to flow like this whenever a tough situation like wars or pandemics arise.
If you have done long term investments in either index funds or stocks that YOU believe to be of value, then the market will recover in its own time and so will your capital.
Also, if you have an opportunity fund(ie disposable income after your needs, wants, investments, and savings), you might wanna use it and get some good stocks at a low price!
So ideally, sit back and just wait.
